How is the shipping cost calculated?
The shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose. You will see the shipping cost listed on the “Place Order” page during checkout. The total charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.
Does Glorious Malone’s ship nationwide?
Yes we do! We ship to all 50 states using UPS.
How are your products packed?
Our products are vacuumed sealed to ensure the products remain fresh and free of contaminants. They are then carefully frozen at a low temperature to preserve their flavor and quality. Before shipping, they are carefully packaged in insulated boxes along with ice packs to ensure that they remain frozen during transit. This ensures that our customers receive the freshest, highest-quality products possible.
When will my order ship?
Orders received by Wednesday – Friday at noon, typically ship out the next week. Exactly when depends on where the order is going. The further the distance from WI, the earlier in the week we have to ship the order to ensure it will arrive by Friday of that same business week. We do not want to leave any packages in non-refrigerated warehouses over the weekend. We want to also be sure that we have the proper amount of time to pack and prepare the orders for shipping so they arrive in good condition. During the holidays and special promotions, orders could take longer to ship due to the higher volume of orders. your order confirmation email should include an estimated shipping week.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
Please let us know the date you would like your order to arrive in the special instructions box at check-out. We cannot guarantee we will be able to grant your request, but we will do our best to accommodate your desired arrival date. There may be additional shipping costs to send your packages by the requested date. We will contact you by phone or email to discuss your options.
Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
How secure is shopping on your website? Is my data protected?
Our customer data and website protection is a top priority. We utilize an SSL socket and other programs to help reduce the chance of unwanted access to our data.
We are unable to ship our Gourmet Headcheese or Country Pate to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
We are not responsible for products that spoil due to:
- packages left at the door for extended periods of time
- packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available to sign for them
- delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Can I freeze your products?
Yes, all products can be placed in the freezer for later enjoyment. We recommend no longer than two months in the freezer to enjoy the fullest of flavors and texture.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, all of our meat products are gluten-free. We do not add any cereal or grain to our products.
Do your products contain MSG?
No, we do not use any artificial flavoring, preservatives, fillers or liquid smoke in any of our products. Usinger’s products are flavored naturally through fresh garlic, onion, spices, and the old-fashioned smoking process.
Do you sell Fresh Liverwurst?
They are similar, both made with pork, pork livers, and other spices. However, Braunschweiger is smoked and the Fresh Liverwurst is not.
We will be happy to arrange for a return of a product that you are not satisfied with if that product is still in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items. Please inspect the contents as soon as they arrive. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns only if you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Please keep your purchase refrigerated and call us at (414) 264-9894 within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a return for you. Glorious Malone’s Fine Sausage does not accept returns that have not been authorized, so we urge you not to refuse delivery or send back items without calling us before.
Once the items have been received back at Malone’s a credit for the cost of the items will be issued to your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
