- Elbow macaroni, cooked
- Béchamel cheese (white sauce)
- Shredded white cheddar cheese
- Ritz cracker crumbs
- Malone’s Mild
- Malone’s Hot
Instructions
- Pour macaroni into cast iron skillet.
- Cover with béchamel sauce, then white cheddar.
- Add cubes of Malone’s Mild and Malone’s Hot.
- Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
